Partner Schools

Part of the program offers you an internship in our local schools. There is a possibility for a virtual field experience if necessary. We are proudly working with the school districts listed below. You will have the opportunity to virtually or in-person (if possible) visit the schools during your stay here, work with the teachers and the students, share your culture and expertise. You will also learn more about the American education system.

Transportation

Transportation will be provided to you every time you are taking part in an activity that is required by the program. 

To come from the hotel to the university, you can also ride the local bus for free by showing your Kent State identification card. However, on weekends the bus does not run and you might want to go shopping or visiting places. 

Then you can use Uber or Lyft which are services that allow you to order a taxi that will come and pick you at your location and drive you to your destination. You will need to sign up first.
